"Good stay in Chamonix. Check-in at 1700hrs is quite late and ahould be revised. As a seasoned traveler this is the first time I've ever seen such a late check-out followed by a 1000hrs check-out. Grateful that the check-out was extended to 1100hrs and yes the check-in time is indicated when making the selection for the hotel but just unfortunete. Overall nice stay at Balcon de Savoy."

"the room had everything for comfortable stay in terms of dishes, cutleries, pans, dishwasher, Kitchener, microwave but no sponges, tea towels, dish washer liquid, etc, therefore bring everything with you unless you are happy to by everything. the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, so if you drive, bring your own pillow. facilities are fine, we had corner balcony in our studio which was fine for 3 people. more than that i think may be too tight. hosts are very friendly and happy to...

"Just wonderful! The staff, the large room (not the basic), the hotel location, the club, the breakfast. No onsite parking, but there's public parking nearby (special rates via the hotel). Highly recommended. "

"It was not clear on booking that the hotel was spread over several different chalet buildings within the village and so if you were not in the main building you basically didn’t have practical access to any of the amenities like the spa and swimming pool. Furthermore the ratio of amenities to guests is totally overloaded and so the spa was always very congested without proper changing facilities. Like most Pierre residence properties, very misleading once again."
