Also 20 min from the St. Louis Arch, which is a must see. There was an amazing stand out employee that works in the dining room and check in. "Perfect room. The bed was a box spring and we are spoiled by having a memory foam at home so that was a bit different but manageable. Our daughter stayed on the pull out couch and she just loved it. A very comfortable room to say the least. The buffet was overpriced but looked good. We didn’t have time to partake but heard good reviews. The pool was supposed to be heated but the heater was broken but the kids enjoyed it anyways! "

"I was traveling with my small children and when I pulled up to park it was very dark outside and sketchy. Carpet is torn up and baseboards r ripped up along the way to our room. We saw bugs in the room, sheets had stains on them, the door unhinged looked like the door had been kicked in before and it wasn’t replaced. Bathroom was very dirty and things were broken and the curtains were splash stained with something disgusting. He would not refund me my money and I had walked in and walked...

"We’ve stayed at this hotel several times. Easy to book online. Easy to check in. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very nice. Quiet & clean. Only thing that is a bummer is when you pay for garage parking and after spending the night out, the garage if full when you get back. Vehicles were double parked in the garage. Luckily someone was leaving and we parked in that space. I’m not sure how that can be resolved but it would be nice to know if you have a space to park when I returned. "

"Kat was at the front desk when we checked in and she was amazing. The system was showing out reservation was cancelled but it wasn't. She stayed so calm on a very busy weekend. Not only was she able to find us a room but she upgraded us to a huge suite with a conference table! It made spending time with others so easy. The one negative was the kitchen during dinner. I ordered a pizza and two orders of chicken tenders and it took nearly 2 hours. The food was beyond disappointing when we got it. Overall, a great hotel for a tournament weekend. "
