Absolut ok
Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Hotel gut. Allerdings ist der Frühstücksraum sehr klein und daher oft überfüllt und laut. Aber das Zimmer ist ok und sauber. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Restaurants und Busterminal sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.

Achei o quarto muito apertado , mas o que mais encomodou foi a acústica do quarto anoite toda tinha barulho e parecia que estavam dentro do quarto então se vc procura um hotel pra descancar esse não é o ideal, café da manhã médio.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Das Frühstück hatte genug Auswahl und war lecker. Die Betten waren bequem und die Sauberkeit war gut. Es ist alles modern ausgestattet. Das einzige was nicht so gut war war die Zimmergröße. Wir hatten ein 4 Bett Zimmer und es gab kaum Platz zum laufen. Da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren, war es aber okay. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Quarto extremamente pequeno, não tinha cama, nem colchão para minha filha de 5 anos, mesmo eu tendo feito a reserva para 5 pessoas, eles entendem que a criança dorme na cama de casal com os pais, o que foi difícil … a beliche é bem próxima do teto, o teto do banheiro é cheio de mofo e o café da manhã é razoável. Para uma estadia em casal até vai, por conta do valor, mas com família, não aconselho.

É um albergue que se entitula hotel. O conceito do quarto é horrível, para um lugar que faz frio não tem água quente na torneira da pia, o espaço para o café da manhã, não existe, chega a ser ridículo. O café da manhã é simples demais, até aí não tem problema, desde que não cobrassem o valor alto da tarifa para o que oferecem. Realmente, muito decepcionante sem contar a falta de vontade de trabalhar dos recepcionistas da parte da tarde. Quem se propõe a trabalhar com turismo e atendimento ao público tem que ter no mínimo a simpatia e isso eu posso falar com muita prioridade.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, facilitando o acesso a várias atrações e comodidades da cidade. As instalações são limpas e organizadas, e o café da manhã oferece uma boa variedade de opções. O atendimento foi excelente, com destaque para a equipe de limpeza, que fez um trabalho impecável. Um detalhe especial foi o cuidado da funcionária responsável pela limpeza do quarto, que deixou um enfeite feito de toalhas em forma de animal. Foi uma surpresa encantadora! Parabéns a todos pelo ótimo serviço!

Bom custo benefício. O hotel não está preparado com aquecedores nas áreas comuns. O que mais ouvi foram reclamações do frio e do ar ligado em dias gelados de Foz do Iguaçu. Café da manhã OK. Localização excelente
