"I’m not sure how this man even has the audacity to put this place on Expedia. The toilet and kitchen were filthy, to the point where I went out and bought cleaning stuff with my own money to clean the bathroom. I was concerned that showering in there would leave me more dirty than I went in. "Great location for where I needed to be but the kitchen was out of action (no indication when booking) and the room did not have blackout curtains. The blinds in rm3 were also broken so the early morning sunlight was not a welcome early wake up call."

"Arrived late evening on Wednesday all good, got back to hotel late on Thursday very noisy... talked to receptionist and advised it was quiz night but should finish soon - what room was I in ...... oh that’s the one above bar I was advised. It did finish but was followed up by loud music.. Friday more loud music and what appeared to be a loud “sing” along. Saturday night functions on also really loud music. "Stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. Very quirky house and great to have the coach house to ourselves. Very clean and well equipped property with a lot more space than you would in a hotel room. The owners communicate very well and we checked in at 9:30pm and wasn't an issue. Very close to Moseley town centre where there are plenty of pubs, cafe and restaurants. Would definitely recommend"

"For a modern property, it was not well maintained, the carpets were awful, they had marks all over them, the walls were marked too. On the plus side, the property was ample size for a family to stay, amenities were not too far from the property. The property needs to be looked after regularly."
