"Our room was comfortable. It has a 3 way bathroom, ie a separate shower, toilet and vanity - love that. Unfortunately, the room was too stuffy without the air conditioning on but the air conditioning leaked and ran in to the toilet so that the floor was covered in water. "The Sanouva is lovely hotel in a good location within Da Nang. The staff were very attentive however there were a couple of disappointing aspects. The showers in the rooms only reach around 4ft height. Neither my wife nor I could stand up in the shower so had to sit in the bath and and wash.....I did ask if all rooms were the same and they said yes. "I had a wonderful stay at Wink Hotel, located at 178 Trần Phú, Đà Nẵng. The staff were attentive and enthusiastic, always ready to assist. While the room was a bit small, it was spotless and well-kept. The window offered a stunning view of the city at night, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast at the hotel was varied and delicious, and the surrounding area was very convenient for all kinds of activities. "Checked in with my kid at 6 PM, well after the official 2 PM check-in time, only to be told our room wasn't ready. Had to wait until 7:30 PM, which was exhausting after our flight. When we finally got our room, only one of the two beds was cleaned. We were told that we had booked a single room. The whole experience felt unprofessional and lacked consideration for guests. My kid and I were deeply disappointed. Expecting comfort after a tiring journey, we were instead met with delays and excuses....
