From checking in until checking out there is an unwelcoming aura from staff (including the manager). It seems you pay for the location rather than the experience at this hotel. Additionally there was lack of communication when ordering food, not to mention no delivery to room, from the hotel as to when your order is ready… leaving the food to become cold.

Front Desk service was the best one. Unfortunately I do not remember her name but she was great. Bartender was amazing as well! Amazing experience. Only issue was the noisy construction next door which we couldn't enjoy the beach vibe from our room patio.

The pool was not clean , cement pieces all over the pool, not sand. Obviously they didn't care to clean it. My balcony. You couldn't step on it. So dirty. Inside the room was ok

Front staff is friendly and overall very good. Nice buffet, location, and view. The only issue I had is the thermostat. You cannot adjust a temperature, only a hotel engineer can.

I really liked the room. The bed was comfortable and I love that the TV as a smart TV so I could stream. The view of the beach was also nice. Very clean and modern hotel.

The elevator was broken when we arrived but they already had a technician in route to address the problem. They only had valet parking available on site which was an unexpected expense but the valet service was impeccable. We had a great time.
