"One-night stay: the customer service representative (Hiba) at checked in was so accommodating when I checked in. I did an early check-in (around 7:30am), and it was so needed. However, the following morning, I noticed that the key wasn't working around the same time. Of course, the new customer service representative tried to re-activate but it still didn't work. But one of your cleaning staff on the floor was able to assist me. I was so happy! Overall, I am grateful for the stay. "

"I loved the property! I needed to stay nearby for work; it isn't very close to many things, but it is pretty safe, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean, and the staff left very kind notes and made you feel attended to. I only wish they had a microwave since there isn't food open late nearby, and breakfast, while nice, could be slightly more elevated. Otherwise, I would stay again if needed"
