"It seemed like it needs a refresh. I thought the hallways had a mild unpleasant smell that they tried to cover with scent. My bathroom had a chipped counter that had been repaired. When I called the front desk the first day to say I'm allergic to down pillows, I was first told to just feel the pillows for feathers and not use those! Didn't send any new pillows. That didn't work, and I woke up stuffed up. So I called again and they brought foam pillows and replaced the down comforter."

"My husband and I when to bar we order modelo beers we left the credit card open. There was a Filipino lady very nice, respectful. But when her time was over .a white young lady looks Ukranian. Came to cover her turn. She told us if we want to close the account. What the hell..mean to us to leave the bar.221 room.bed and towels clean.but the 4 days we expense there they never clean the sink.toile and shower floor was dirty. "The Rooms are always so clean ! The Front Desk staff are always so welcoming and treat you with respect ! The view from the rooms both sides are so beautiful ! Never had a bad TV in any room ! My wife and I Love this place ! "

"Room was spacious, but had limited area to place clothes. Lived out of the suitcase. Room layout could be improved, move shelf assembly further down wall and relocate tv to middle of room wall. Consider adding some towel racks and a full length mirror. Should include a chair with small end table. Entrance door had large open gap on one side ( looks like original installation issue). Staff were very nice and buffet breakfast was good. Nice short stay hotel."

Nice affordable stay in Jacksonville!!

"Our stay was great. Very affordable, clean, and good location from airport and cruise port. The staff was amazing, kind, and very friendly! When we called for our shuttle I wasn’t sure if it was going to be to late, they were very friendly and they had someone there within 15 mins. Nothing fancy but for the price you can’t beat it!"
