My only advice is if you arrive late and no one is at the desk just phone their line and wait for the voicemail to begin and shortly after that the front desk person should answer the phone. "Fun B&B for an older couple traveling to the Kissimmee area. Good value for the price. The owners are fun and interesting and we enjoyed talking to them over breakfast. The facilities were dated but clean and in good working order. The window coverings did not fully cover the Windows which may be an issue if you are doing clothing-optional activities in the room. The Down pillows were also very flat. Overall we liked it and would stay there again."

"Our daughter played softbal at a nearby complex. I picked this facility as the price was mid-range. The staff, from the front desk, management, to the nice lady working the breakfast were friendly and truly are hospitable in every way. I pick my places by price and cleanliness. Pool looked great but we did not have time to use. Bed was comfortable."

"The first room they tried getting me to accept had black mold on the ceiling, obviously water damage. And the surface wiring in the closet was messed up to the point of being unsafe. And the towel holder was missing. And the bathtub was filthy. I complained and refused the room "
