"I got put at the Radisson this trip. I wasn’t there 15 minutes got to my room and it had many problems. I got on Hotels.com and rebooked at the Suites it is my normal hotel. In less than 10minutes of a drive the Suites had my room ready for a two week stay. I love that place. They are always to have me and it feels like home when I am there. "As stated by other reviewers, check-in could be hassle since this is a small casa and one person manages everything from cleaning/prep/checking in etc. If the person is not responding, just wait since the person might be on a quick errand or in the bath, etc. The entrance doesn't have a proper sign or address number.
