"Lobby is on the 29th floor so the view was gorgeous from our room. Amenities were fantastic and loved the size and layout of our room (2 queen bedroom). Personally found the pillows too soft but had no issues calling down for extra pillows which were brought to us very quickly."

"Iv stayed at Zentis Osaka twice now and everytime its always a joy. The staff are really kind and helpful and go above and beyond for guests. The front desk was able to call my airline and switch my meal for me which was really helpful as i wasnt able to call myself. "

"Location, and staff were amazing! Small downside: pool is for adults only. Our fault for not checking and not a diss on the hotel. We used this hotel as our Osaka site seeing spot and USJ adventures. Beds were really small is our only complaint. "

"The hotel was amazing. We had a large comfortable room with beautiful city view. This hotel is within walking distance (about 15 mins) of Umeda Hankyu and JR station. It's super convenient with a lot of shops and restaurants to choose from. The breakfast was very, very excellent especailly, the western style breakfast as far as quantity and quality. "The hotel feels really luxurious, the amenities are top notch and the rooms are fascinating with incredible views! We stayed on a Junior Suite which has almost a 360 view with balconies on both sides of the room (it is on the corner of the building). APA Hotel & Resort Osaka Namba Ekimae Tower

"We are a family of 4 with younger kids. We booked the connecting room so we got a total of 2 double beds. The room is a bit smaller but still okay for our luggages as you can stuck them in the corner or bottom of your bed. We have so much luggages lol! The good thing that I loved about this hotel is the 7/11, laundry room, public bath/onsen on the 4th floor. You don’t have to go out to go to a covenient store. The Namba Station is just behind the building but a bit of a walk from that station to catch the train to go to Umeda and Shin-Osaka station which is not bad if you don’t have to carry too much luggages. This hotel is 10-15 minutes walk to Dotonbori. "
