"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Riviera Sayulita. Gloria, Lucy, and Emma were very helpful in answering all of our questions. We appreciated that the hotel was far enough from the downtown area, and all of the noise, but yet very walkable. Would definitely consider staying there again. "

"I’ll start by what we didn’t like - we arrived around 3:00pm and we’re told our room was not ready, would be another 40 minutes and they would contact us. "We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff in all areas were exceptional. Jesus and Daniel were very attentive and helpful poolside. Raull and all the the bellmen did a great job when a taxi was needed. We ate at most of the restaurants at both resorts and found the food and service went above and beyond. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The spa offered a variety of services My massage was amazing. We would definetly consider returning to La Estancia for another vacation."
