"From the moment we arrived to when we departed the staff were friendly and helpfull. Although small our room was well appointed, comfortable and clean. The atmostphere in the bar was welcoming and friendly and the food was excellent. A great location close to the train station and an on site car park. We will definitely return."

"A great find. On arrival we walked over to look at all the boats on Roydon Marina and had lunch at The Boathouse Cafe Bar, which overlooks the Marina. Staff friendly and helpful in the Hotel Reception. We had booked a windowless room but figured we'd be watching television or asleep so wouldn't need to worry about looking out of a window. "A lucky find! Convenient location, close to Leytonstone underground station. Perfect as we had tickets for ABBA Voyage. We booked three rooms, all slightly different, very comfortable, lovely decor. Had food in the pub, typical pub food, reasonably priced. We would definitely return."

"Wonderful hosts, beautiful area, linens and cooking utensils provided, as well as a few tea bags and coffee sachets for a cuppa and a sit down when you arrive! easy self check in with amenable hosts. 10/15 min walk to the local high street, and ample parking space. a great self catering stay - does the job, i would happily recommend and stay again. thank you!"
