"Really friendly staff. Easy check in. My room was at the front of the building (room 7) so i had some traffic noise which of course is not the fault of the hotel. They advised that when i stay again i should request a room at the back. Would definitely stay again as really easy access to central London from Hendon tube which is a matter of minutes away on foot. Room and bathroom were spotless and clean The car park at the back is a challenge to enter with a big car but so long as you can cope...

"The room was larger than I thought and very clean. The ensuite was very good with excellent water pressure in the shower. The staff were very helpful and although the tills were closed in the bar they still served us night caps. I gave a 4 star for comfort because their pillows were so high they unbearably uncomfortable, but the problem was very quickly rectified. The breakfast was exceptionally good and very generous. Wed definitely stay there again."
