"I loved staying at this hotel. The staff was perfect felt like I was at a high end resort with the service we got. The rooms were very clean we also had a beautiful view. It was a very quiet hotel for how busy it was. I will definitely be returning here next time I come to San Francisco. "

"Room was nice, The bed was comfortable, It was a little loud but that was not the hotels fault as we were close to a busy street. Walking distance to the wharf and close to the cable cars so easy to get around. Staff charged up my car while it was in the garage at no additional cost. "

"Very cute property. All staff interaction was pleasant. Hotel and hotel room were clean. Pretty basic but that's what I paid for and was expecting. Rooms do not have AC which, I understand but it could be useful at times. Cafes/restaurants nearby. Bus stops nearby. Overall, it was a good stay and I'd stay here again. "

"Great hotel! The room was well sized for two queen beds, there were plenty of amenities (including a store downstairs to feed my sweet tooth), and it was very close to great sites in SF. "

"Very cozy room, cutely decorated which included a sofa and a dinning table. Clean and not noisy although we were in the room opposite the lifts. We asked for parking and it was very expensive for guests."
