"I have never used an unhosted hotel before. While that was a bump in the road when I discovered it upon arrival, the Violetta staff over the phone were very accomodating. It was a learning curve but everything else about my experience was top notch. The apartments where very nice and comfortable and turned out to be a quiet stay away from it all. "

"Swiming pool heater was not worming with no announcement. I just booked this hotel to use swiming pool. If I knew that I cannot use it. I would reserve a room in Crown Plaza. Also TV stopped working one night. Breakfast was OK. Staff amazing and super friendly. "

"The room was very small, with barely any area around the bed. The bathroom was cramped, with a sink too big for it. I know it's an old building, and sometimes the architecture is weird. This hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, and expensive parking. Use the lot across the street and you'll pay about 50 bucks less. The room itself was quiet and clean, and the bed was comfy. "Property remains like new on the inside and is maintained and kept well. The walk from the parking garage over across the street can be challenging with full hands as key cards need to be scanned and are delayed in doors opening. Market staff was kind but they were challenged to keep up during peak times causing a long delay. Room was clean and stocked with a nice view of the river and bridges. "

"The hotel itself was clean and felt very safe inside, which was a big plus. One highlight was the valet parking service and the Tesla charger, which worked perfectly and added great convenience to my stay. While the area immediately outside the hotel was a bit sketchy, with a noticeable presence of homeless individuals, it still felt reasonably safe. "I was a little skeptical booking here because of the mixed reviews. However my husband and I had an amazing stay. Rooms were very clean and the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. Very cute coffee bar downstairs. Only negative factor in my opinion was the high pricing for vallet parking per day. However there are many parking lots around the area for a cheaper option for parking. "
