"We had an amazing time here! The hotel and rooms are very cozy and the staff are all amazing! The location is on the waterfront and we could walk (comfortably) to everything we wanted to see and do. Do be aware though if you or anyone in your party has mobility issues that Porto is very hilly and that most things will be an upwards walk from the hotel. The breakfast area was really nice and attentive staff look after you. I would definitely stay here when we come back too Porto."

"This is a lovely boutique hotel, minutes walk uphill from soa bento rain station. It is hidden in plain sight, and even the police a block away could not find it. Marianne, the owner , is wonderful, and helpful. Breakfast was cooked to order, and the bed was fabulous. We were walking distance from everything. It is very quiet at night, even though near a busy street. "

"Beautifully appointed rooms in a location that is in the center of the action. Stunning views from “river view” rooms. Breakfast was a moment to be treasured with incredible service, views, and food. The staff were delightful, knowledgeable, and engaging. Coffee was superb. "What a phenomenal find, we were booked at the Se Catedral Tapestry hotel which was a disaster so took to Expedia to find another property. Luckily the Fonte De Gaia had availability and we headed on over. We were welcomed by Liliana & Patricia who are by far two of the best hotel team members we have encountered in all our years, they are a huge asset to the hotel, all team members were five star but these two ladies were 6 star and could not do enough to help us, thank you Liliana & Patricia"

"Excellent apartment 2 minutes from the historic harbour. Great location. Room had all we needed to make snacks and store water and wine in the fridge. Handy to have dishwasher, too. Staff were very helpful and I would highly recommend these apartments."

"Amazing 5 star hotel with excellent amenities, such as pool, spa, and great bar & restaurant. It is also beautiful and has great decor. I loved the stone look inside. The room was very spacious, the bed super comfortable with tons of pillows. The bathroom was very nice, they gave us robes, slippers, and other kits. Every day they did the bed and provided chocolate and coffee pods, for the coffee machine. We stayed there on Valentine’s Day and it was awesome. The food at the bar and brunch is really good. We had sardines and a charcuterie board with wine and Sangria. The service of the hotel is excellent, they were very attentive and let us check in our luggage for free. We had a late flight, so they let us store the bags for free. The hotel is very well located and centered in Porto, very close to many different attractions. We never took public transportation, but it is close to them. There are also many different restaurants and shops around it. I would stay here again for sure!"
