Great spot but difficult to contact
"Great spot for spending the night. Feels safe and family friendly. Close to theaters, restaurants and shopping. Single train from Heathrow airport. I did not give 5 stars for service because Zedwell never replied to messages (phone, and hotel.com) with regard to my late arrival."

Maybe it was just my room that was in a bad condition, I cannot comment on the rest of the property. Although I have taken photos of the mould and the dirt, yet the owner was claiming that it was clean and free from mould rather than apologising.

Its okay, they just need more stores around. Like sainsburys or tesco. You are forced to buy from the hotel your staying at as there is no shops around.

Yes i didn't like the way Expedia works i have to waist my more then a hour and half just to do the check in it was all waist of time
