This hotel treated us amazing. When we reported a problem, it was fixed even before we realized it. The stuff was excellent and courteous. Everything was very clean. The morning pastries were amazing (surprising, considering that food in London wasn't that great every where else). The room temperature was perfect. We highly recommend this place.

Concert venue terrible as screens for our gig were far too small! Sound OK! Don't book high seating if you don't like heights!!

We were at an event and the staff were helpful in relation to special needs getting us in easily without being stuck in queues for hours

If you're not staying for the event and are just dropping and picking up, you're better off going to Holland Park for a couple of hours. Sure theres an shopping outlet nearly but it's generic and a bit boring. Plus all the cafes shut way before the end of the events
