"No notes for Mark Spencer! It was truly a lovely stay. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in had a very homey and gave us the feel of a nice studio apartment. "James at the breakfast restaurant was great. However, it is very misleading on the website that I paid $20 for breakfast. This was not the case. The $20 that I added onto my room price was just a prepayment for breakfast. Both room service and the restaurants add an additional 10% service charge an additional 15% tip included. I do not think this is fair. Because of this, I will not stay this hotel anymore It’s too bad, cause I really do like the rooftop."
