"Barcalo Royal Level was a great resort - the room was spacious, modern, clean and well equipped. THe main hotel areas are very clean and neatly laid out. "We came by the property a bit by chance but so glad we did. The room and accommodation was very comfortable and modern. The staff were superb and could not do enough for you and the buffet breakfast had a very wide choice and was fresh and cooked to order each day."

"Overall a great hotel location very good .This hotel was lovely , fresh & clean...staff very pleasant. However , the pool did not seem to be heated which in the cloudy weather was disappointing. "Excellent stay and back again in January. The option to have a better room with a view would be good post booking and also rooms do need a little updating, but overall an excellent stay and looking forward to being back in January, this time for 20 days ! :-)"

"We had a lovely stay, room was clean & perfect for us. The shower was great & we loved the view. Breakfast had a wide variety of food & drinks. We had lunch by the pool once and it was delicious. Wish we had eaten there more often. We would love to come back and stay again. "

"We had an excellent time at this hotel. There was plenty for the kids to do. The staff were fantastic. The only downside was that I found that the beds weren't as comfortable as I had hoped. I think the mattresses are due a change. But other than that the hotel was excellent."
