"Had a nice stay at Gran Tagoro recently with my family. The hotel is great, rooms clean and staff friendly. Food is ok, but got boring later in the stay, always the same at breakfast and lunch. We did not get dinner."

"The hotel is nicely done and kept incredibly clean. It is quiet and the staff are mostly friendly. The swimming pool is massive and there is good availability of sun beds across the day, although there are very few around the children’s pool. The play area is small and designed for toddlers, but there is a full agenda of activities in the kids club. "Superb escape for some Easter sun. The only negative is they need to enforce the 1 hour sunbed reservation rule. Too many people take advantage and turn it into a towels-on-sunbed race in the morning, which really spoils the whole experience."

"Barcalo Royal Level was a great resort - the room was spacious, modern, clean and well equipped. THe main hotel areas are very clean and neatly laid out. The communal toilets near restaurant and pool need some repairs, but every other common area was very nice. The restaurants are so good, the amount of food was amazing and the variety was A LOT! I used the Royal Level restaurant for breakfasts as the chefs making the omelettes, pancakes, bagels, french toast, eggs were better than other...

"After a mix up with other accommodation we had to make an emergency booking on the day. So our experience of the hotel was brief. However it was also a very pleasant one. The service from the staff at check in was spot on and took very little time. The room was surprisingly large and had everything you would need. The bed was comfy and there was a bath as well as a shower which pleased the wife!! Overall we had a short but very pleasant stay, so i would recommend it."

"We had a wonderful 5 night stay here. The apartments are conveniently located (circa 10 min walk) from the old town with its lovely restaurants and bars. the appartments and complex are well maintained and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a real bonus delicious food with so many options to choose from. The staff were friendly and polite throughout our stay. We are already thinking about another short break to Lanzarote soon!! THB Flora will be top of the list when we search for accommodation. "
