"Since 2014 we've stayed here at least 8 times. What makes us return are the staff, the pool area and the location. Close enough to the beach, restaurants and bars but far away from the noise. The accommodation provides pristine outside spaces. The pool area is spacious, you're never too close to other bathers. On the ground floor you get your apartment sun bed area. On the upper floor a private balcony with table and chairs, again good enough for sitting in the sun. The apartments are cleaned...

"Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Not great if you’re too old/have disabilities as there are many stairs. My room was pretty dated but the holiday in general was lovely. Pool area nice and clean. "

"Bad start to our stay. Booked a table for dinner on the first night. When we turned up to eat the table we had chosen had been allocated to a party of 6 and we were informed no one can book a table!! The member of staff who told us this was quite off hand and rude. Really bad communication. The accommodation itself was good and the reception staff were excellent "

"Relatively quiet, felt isolated in spite of the number of guests. Service attentive to requests. Great burger at the snack bar by the pool. Amount of cutlery and plates just enough for 2-3 people. Small coffee cups, we ended up buying mugs at a local store."

"We had a lovely stay. Room is basic but fine for what we needed. Beds are comfy but pillows not so much, 2 pillows for each person would be better. Sofa could do with a little clean. Facilities are good, breakfast was good and staff are friendly. Both times we have stayed here we have had to wait for are rooms to be ready, perhaps the hotel need to look to change their 2pm check in time that they state. But overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely come back to stay again soon. "

"The property was very close to the beach and kept quite clean.The beds were not very comfortable and i had to ask for clean towels on day 3 and toilet roll and the shoer cream was empty.The pool area was very clean and Nicola who ran the restaurant was so good to everyone and really friendly and accommodating. "The property we had was ideal straight out the door to the pool. Was well equipped. Only downfall was the shower. And only had our bedding changed once in 10 days. But staff were lovely and very helpful will definitely be back"

"I wasn't happy when i got to the hotel i discovered that the room i booked was adults only. I was travelling with my 13 yr old child. I paid a lot of money to expieda for the room. When i put one adult and one child in search bar the room came up i booked it. Then when i was in the hotel i was told by staff i should be using the highfloor special guests perks that come with highfloor guests.
