The atmosphere is free of ruckus, the scenery is pleasant and the staff has always been friendly and helpful! "

"Very convenient. Seemed very clean. Could walk easily to events I was in SF to attend. Short walk from BART station. Food options were great around hotel, and also within hotel. Only issues I had were that I unaware I had to use room card to access floor on elevator. Other issue is was that room had only bar of soap for bathroom and shower."

"Loved the location! Close to so much, including the trolley stop. Room was the perfect set up with 1 King and 1 Double. The buffet is a rip off. Don’t get it. $32 a person but you could order a whole meal for way less and no way you could eat $32 worth of food on the buffet. Nice service though. Everyone was very nice. "

"Check-in was a delight since we were warmly greeted and also given some helpful tips about area restaurants as well as information regarding hotel amenities that were available for us. Our initial impression was that it was different in a positive way. Felt quaint & cozy. After dinner and light touring of the area and various stores, we could hardly wait to get back for a night of popcorn & movie time. So, comfortable and a welcome rest for us after our cruise. Thankful to all the hotel staff for their kind hospitality."
