"Owner double booked and never contacted us. They had done that before. We even tried to locate them through their neighbors. Thry should not be allowed to use third party booking companies. A fraud."

The staff and owners were welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive; ample breakfasts were delicious; and the location ideal for walks and scenic drives. Our own private residence – clean, modern, and roomy with well equipped kitchen, easy access to the lovely pool and sauna made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. We appreciated the excellent beds, generous towels, lovely views, and wonderful access for nature walks in the private park. We so enjoyed this peaceful and lovely lodging for our Furnas visit."

"Beautiful property with a walkway to the beach down a hill. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Given a phone to communicate with staff and got responses within minutes. Our 2 bedroom B&G villa was nicely decorated with spacious living room/kitchenette/ dishes and microwave. Private hot tub on the deck, great A/C. Pool has ocean view. Gym has only a few weights, one treadmill, feels hot inside due to hot tub in same space. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Highly recommend; we loved our stay. "

"Hassle free check-in (earlier check in was available for us) by a very welcoming and attentive staff. The room was very nice, clean, bright and had comfortable beds and air conditioning. Breakfast was more than adequate. They also had parking on property, which was super convenient. Location is great: near eateries and grocery stores and yes...the hot springs.
