Beautiful hotel in great location. Very quiet rooms. Loved the healthy breakfast and lovely bar area, great pool and rec area. The staff alway pleasant and helpful. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. If I had one issue, that would be the open concept bathroom with a glass wall to the room. But they tried to mitigate that problem by adding a curtain that provides some privacy.

This was a fantastic hotel and we would definitely come back! Location could not be better, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and well kept up, and it has everything you need whether you’re staying in or going out exploring. Pros: - We were fresh off a red eye flight and were given a free room upgrade and early check in! - Location is super easy to access from the main highways but is still just a 5 minute walk from the center of Ribeira Grande. - Central location means you’re close to Ponta Delgada and it’s still easy to get to both sides of the island. - Staff are friendly and helpful. - Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and modern. - Shower water pressure is fantastic. - Free breakfast is a nice addition and has many options. - Great gym for a hotel, pools and sauna are fantastic. - Bed is comfortable (if you like a firm mattress). - Easy and ample parking Cons: - Food at breakfast is generally room temperature. - Rooms are not super sound proof. - Limited restaurant options in the immediate area and the hotel’s restaurant is expensive.

The location of the property was great for easy access to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was free and very easy to find most of the time on site. Dinner options were a bit harder to find that were walkable from the hotel

We enjoyed our 6 night stay in the beginning of October. Very nice hotel with great amenities. Rooms, Pools, spa, gym, game room. Everything clean and comfortable. Ocean views are breathtaking. Breakfast is very good, but find another place for a dinner. We will be definitely coming back.

The staff was excellent. The rooms were clean and well stopped. The view from the hotel of the ocean was beautiful. The only thing I really didn’t like is that the pool bar was not open most of the time, The drinks were very expensive and it wasn’t as walkable as I had imagined.

This is truly 5 star hotel. We got a sea view room as planned and it was gorgeous with a balcony overlooking the ocean and falling to sleep listening to sound of the waves was an unbeatable experience. The room was smallish but modern and new with everything was in great working condition. The staff in the hotel was great starting from checkin and waiters in the restaurant were great too, much more attentive and nice than anywhere on our trip. There is really not a single negative about staying in this hotel

You walked in greeted by big warm smiles of precessional staff. I had a medical emergency and was sent to the ER. The night shift staff stayed with us the whole time while assisting EMT to get me into the ambulance. They even got me some herbal tea, cakes and cookies the next day and wish me a fast recovery. They really went far and beyond to make their guests feel warm, welcoming and comfortable. One of their staff Andrea ( I probably spelled her name wrong) made several dinner reservations for us and reminded us when she saw us. The house keeper did a phenomenal job. We will definitely stay there again.

Parking was available in site with a grocery store across the street for convenience. The property looks on to the beach but if you are bringing young children you should be aware that its a 5 min walk to get on to the beach.
