"This is an old palace converted to a luxury hotel and They have done a great job with it. Booked 5 rooms for my 50 th birthday with friends and family. U cannot complain anything about this property. From check in to check out, everything was exceptional. The staff are very friendly and extremely attentive, they made sure everything was taken care off. The whole management of this property take their hospitality very seriously. They went out of their way to make our stay awesome. The rooms are very tastefully and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom area was large enough with luxury toiletries. Over all , i thank the entire team who made our stay memorable."

"In a very vibrant area of Lisbon. Several walkable neighborhoods close by. Extremely helpful front desk staff. Very good restaurants nearby. Close to tram and Metro, National Museum of Contemporary Art. Walked 10 minutes to Fado in Chiado musical performance. Nothing but positive things to say about this hotel."
