They kept giving me phone numbers to call Expedia.. numbers that did not answer. Marco and Joia, at the Radisson, were extremely professional and were a great helping resolving the issue. "Pros: Location is excellent for any activity or sight seeing Alfama. Everything is within walking distance. Tram stop is 1 minute away. The staff is most friendly, accommodating and helpful. Great price for its central location and quality of rooms and service Cons: Breakfast room is way too small to handle many guests at onetime No way to accommodate guests who drive - no access and parking"
