"If you are wondering whether to stay here, the answer is YES. I will definitely come here again, the staff were so friendly, the room was so so so clean, breakfast was awesome and the bar area is lovely - such a great vibe on a Saturday night. The bus, train station and Trams are right at the front door. Unfortunately I did not get to visit the spa (hopefully next time). Thank you for a great stay clarion post! :)"

"Perfect place to stay. Rooms have everything you need and are clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful . Breakfasts with lots of different options. The hotel is very close to shops, the Central station and public transport. "

"Check in was easy and we were allowed to check in slightly early which was welcome. Our room was on the third floor in what appeared to be an old wing. I liked it, was quaint. However, lacked a little finesse in our room. A light was out in the bathroom, the shower door encroached on the showering space due to damage and the sink had no plug guard. Some poor person before us had lost their toothbrush down the sink hole! The spa area was great at an extra cost. All in all good location and...
