"We had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit, taking time to answer our questions and help us navigate local transport. A special surprise was being upgraded to a larger room, it was such a lovely gesture, especially as we were celebrating our 10-year anniversary (which the hotel didn’t know about!). This was a meaningful trip for us, as our first holiday together was in Malmö, Sweden, and now 10 years later, we chose to return to Sweden to visit...

"There was no soap provided—how are travelers supposed to clean up? It’s a basic necessity. Even charging an extra $2 or $3 would be fine, but it should be included. Otherwise, it’s very inconvenient for guests."
