"Great location and the breakfast was very good. Our only issue was that there was no iron available in the room. When we asked to borrow one we were told that the hotel doesn’t have one! We could have had our clothes laundered at a cost (but the clothes were already clean and just needed a quick press having been in the suitcase) We travel a lot and have never come across this situation before. "We visit the hotel twice a year and we wouldn’t book anywhere else. We know the staff over the years and it’s a great hotel. You can walk to town centre and main amenities without a fuss. Well done to Diana Santos and her team. "

"Love this resort, we did enjoy it at its off season; the weather was mild at the end of November and only got 1 rainy day. Staff is friendly and helpful. We have a lovely 2 bedroom suite and kitchen and living rm, the only thing I would have to say is that we kept having issue with internet and that was do to the room’s router which they replace a day after we arrived."

"I keep getting asked if I received something for my VIP status. I did not. But I had received the last visit. I think it was something overlooked. But it doesn’t change that I enjoyed my visit. "Beautiful place to stay , breakfast is great , staff are great and room is beautiful. Lots of thing to eat and close to the ocean/walking trail. Pool was open in the winter which is nice. "
