"Went for my partners 60th birthday to go to sandown races, convenient by only being a 25 min walk from the lodge to the gates of the racecourse. Edwina was lovely, very friendly and the sort of person you could have a laugh with. Breakfast was vwry nice and plentiful. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Very reasonable prices. "

The drinks were astounding and the rooms were very well kept and comfortable! The only slight downside was that the room was incredibly hot, even with the aircon on full so it was a little hard to get to sleep, bur aside from that everything was astounding! "

"The room was ok, comfortable bed, quiet area. Unfortunately the tv didnt work properly, staff came to look at it but couldnt sort it and there were no maintenance staff available, offered another room but that tv was the same so just had to make do. The towels were only small, didnt cover up, did have to ask the next day and were given bigger towels but shouldnt have to ask really. Overall ok but for the price would have expected these issues not to have occured ."
