"The Art House hotel provided a nice place to stay. We wanted a room which had amenities like an apartment and we got just that. It was perfect. I recommend parking on-site for the extra money. Bed was comfy, linens were nice, bathroom was large."

"This is in a good, safe part of Santa Rosa. Grounds are clean and well-maintained. Staff was nice, and for the price it is a good value. Will return, and unless you want a fancy place, it is a great option."

"Our stay was ok except for when I checked in the room was already paid for then I was asked for my credit card and was charged for essentials what were they I don't know because I asked and the front desk person never answered me I thought all hotels come with towels ice bucket soap toilet paper so what exactly were the essentials I was charged for I will never know."

"It is a quaint old hotel with character. The lobby is welcoming and lovely eith overstuffed comfortable chairs. My room was quaint and comfortable. The staff were excellient and attentive."

"My second time staying here and it was great! My only comment is they are doing construction- which they were 6m ago too (must be re-doing the whole resort) so hopefully they are done soon so I can actually enjoy the resort without all the constructin stuff all over the place"
