"Very nice hotel, lovely sunbathing spaces and pools, attentive friendly staff. Our slight negatives, our side view balcony room had a solid wall to the balcony so when sat down or on sunbed on balcony there was little view to be had. We got food cooking smells early morning from the kitchen , they were preparing breakfast foods, there was little evening entertainment apart from musicians playing in the evening buffet. A supermarket is located next door, but has only small selection, and the same applies to the two other local supermarkets. Once we got to our room we had two single beds pushed togeather- it took housekeeping a long time to rectify this and we had to call reception to chase it. Ordering room service is farcical, staff didn’t speak any English and kept telling us to call reception, who then told us to call room service. "Our stay at Rok Plaza was absolutely lovely.The hotel itself is charming and perfectly located right by the sea.Kathy was wonderful…her warm welcome and hospitality made us feel right at home.She gave us excellent recommendations for dining and even helped us arrange a car rental,unfortunately there were none available at the time.remember to book a car in advance because they go quickly. "First ever stay in a hostel & I enjoyed every moment. I felt safe, comfortable & relaxed the whole time. Nest felt like a little community & everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable equipped with a curtain for privacy and a small shelf for your phone next to a plug socket and lamp. As well as a storage area for belongings ( just take your own padlock). "Lovely hotel just a couple of minutes from the beach. The sea and sunset views by the outside bar are lovely. The staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you. Rooms are big and really comfy and clean. Breakfast was fab, with different options each day too. It’s a shame that there are so many areas of sunbathing / pool that you can’t access unless you have priority / premium access. But that’s a minor thing really. Would happily stay again. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. It has a bit of everything—athletic facilities (including Padel courts), spa (where we had a great couples massage and hydrotherapy session), two wonderful pools for lounging, and several restaurants. The breakfast buffet at Gusto was abundant, as was the dinner on the night we tried it. The hotel is close to the beach and an easy walk along the coastline to Costa Adeje, but we rarely wanted to leave! It’s family-friendly, but doesn’t cater to children at the expense of the adult experience. The perfect relaxing break! "

"The food was less desirable at the grill restaurant. Chicken wasn’t properly cooked and lacked flavor. The ribs were undercooked as well. The chefs at all the restaurants should pay attention to the food before leaving the kitchen, sometimes they lack flavor. But overall, I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I had a great time. "
