"The hotel was clean. I never figured out the hot water, so took cold shower. Don't know if there wasn't any hot water or I didn't wait long enough for it to be hot. Hotel staff not very friendly. Breakfast was scrambled egg w/ white toast and coffee. Milk for coffee was curdled. We paid $66. The hotel didn't have our reservation, so I was glad to have reservation printed out from internet. The cost of rooms at the desk was slightly higher. It was not worth the $66.00 paid, but it was not...
"They filled our room and turned us away even though we already had a paid reservation. After arguing, they put us up in an uncomfortable hotel next door. "
"I loved everything from the hotel. Mainly very comfortable and clean beds. The prompt attention of the employees to any guests requests. Walkable distance to main attractions. You’re looking for a nice and clean hotel book it with Patrimonial by Greenfield. : ) "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t say enough good things about the staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed."
"A very comfortable hotel in a very central, convenient location. The bedroom was spacious and impeccably clean with big comfortable beds. Our room faced the main road so we got some traffic noise but not enough to impact on our enjoyment of our stay. The food in the restaurant, both breakfast and evening meals, was surprisingly good at a very reasonable price. The pool was pleasant to sit by but remarkably cold…and I’m used to swimming in the English Channel!!!
Without exception the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional in their tasks.
I would most definitely stay here again if I come back to Guayaquil. "
