"Loved this guest house as so quiet and tranquil. The views are fabulous and the walks from the house beautiful. A hearty breakfast every day freshly cooked all locally sourced. "Hotel staff was very helpful and very accommodating, we arrived very late and we picked up a meal from outside, the staff arranged a seating in the breakfast bar for us right away, very helpful this was. The room was very clean and also the beds spotless. At the time of visit, NewYear an eve we got the hotel for £62 for a family room, every where else was several hundreds. With this in mind you get what you pay for but we got a family run business that I would recommend no problem. Thank you...

"The hotel is in a convenient and walkable position for all the shop, bars, restaurants and the river. The welcome on arrival from Jo was warm, friendly and helpful. She was full of local knowledge and recommendations and was always chatty during our 3 night stay. There is easy parking at the rear of the hotel. All the staff were friendly and happy to assist if required. "
