"No heat in our room the first night except for the fireplace. Soap and shampoo were too highly scented and caused itchiness. Breakfasts were great - excellent food and service. Nicely decorated in the recent renovation. Convenient to Lincoln Center and Old Town. One window in our room was blocked off, so very little natural light."

I was amazed at how close everything was, checking in/checking out was so easy, the room was INCREDIBLE, comfy, and had everything you need. The fridge came in handy also! "Everything about this place was perfect for my needs. And every staff person I encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. Pros: - very clean - very comfortable (if somewhat firm) bed - softer than heaven sheets, other bedding very nice and cozy - loved curtain between bedroom area and sitting room - I didn't have to make my bed when I had guests - bathroom and shower was nice and well-appointed - I actually loved the shampoo and the body wash was good. - Good light-activated...

"Gentleman at check in were amazing. We had a jacuzzi room and it was clean and comfy. Good size room. Bed was comfortable nice hot water. Typical continental breakfast. This will be our go to place to stay when in the area going forward."

"Our stay was good! Their was 2 things we didn't like #1 was the water pressure in my room was very low! #2 was the key card we were told to not put ur phone by the key card because it would get wiped and in todays time thats a little difficult when staying foe a couple days . But otherwise than that it was a good stay with great staff they were both great. "

"The guy up front was so nice and full of information. The bed was so comfy I wanted to take it home. The room was clean and quiet. U til I could hear kids running above me. I called the front desk and it was done quick. Thank you for caring about me trying to sleep at 10:30 when I hear running above me so late! The breakfast was good I wish u guys had chocolate milk !! Thank you guys"

"The stay was for an anniversary getaway. The hotel is absolutely stunning. The entire property has so much class and character with a lot of cozy nooks and corners full of retro furniture to hang out in. Being a music-themed hotel, you can find records all around which you can take up to your room and play on your own personal record player. The hotel also has a unique bar that features live music, as well as a separate full restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are amazing, they are not the biggest, but just right in a comfortable way. Also for those who prioritize their fitness, there is a gorgeous gym that can accommodate your fitness needs. It is situated on the corner of the second floor and offers a nice floor to cieling view of the city. The hotel has created an amazing ambiance that makes you just want to spend time there unlike other generic standard hotels which present no reason other than to just sleep there. On a side note, for a hotel with a bar that features live music from 8-11, we did not hear a tune from our room on the second floor which was nice to know we could relax and get some good sleep in a quiet room."
