Great location and easy walking distance to several great restaurants! The only thing was we were not informed that the bar and restaurant were closed on Monday and Tuesday which we were disappointed since we were there on a Monday.

This is our favorite hotel in Fort Collins. The staff is incredible and they go above and beyond. The rooms are cozy, comfy beds, hot showers and close to everything downtown.

The staff and property are excellent. Perfect location great hotel with a wonderful speakeasy in the hotel lower level. Even though Expedia had my 2 room reservation fouled up for 30-40 mins the staff made up for Expedias short comings.

Cute, boutique hotel. Friendly staff. The walls are thin and one of the nights was noisy with partiers. The electrical outlet for the fridge and coffee pot went out twice during our four day stay. Love Ace Gilletts!

The front desk staff was always upbeat and happy. When I had a question, they always had an answer. The floor with the above guests were a bit noisy but not for long. The room was very comfortable. I enjoyed that the front door always opened for me just as I was walking into the building.
