"The room is very nice - linens are superb - little noisy with road noise however not a big deal at all - parking a little inconvenient and not make for anyone who can not do stairs - we really like the location as it is close to our family and downtown walking distance - we will stay here again in the future. "No heat in our room the first night except for the fireplace. Soap and shampoo were too highly scented and caused itchiness. Breakfasts were great - excellent food and service. Nicely decorated in the recent renovation. Convenient to Lincoln Center and Old Town. One window in our room was blocked off, so very little natural light."

"I definitely would not call it “Breath Taking” as the description Title stated. The place is ordinary, no dressers or hangers in closets to store clothing. There are no electrical outlets by the bed to charge phones. The “air conditioning” is a noisy window unit that is only in the front room. Bedrooms are very hot and you have to open windows for air…which allows the noise and cigarette/pot smoke from the neighbors. The unit is clean, nice location, easy parking, and has comfortable beds. "The communication and ease of checking in and out was great and it was in a very convenient location. The beds were awful though. Very old mattresses that felt like an air mattress and made noise when you moved at all. Extremely flat uncomfortable pillows. Nobody in my party was able to sleep well. I would highly recommend replacing the mattresses and pillows as it is not expensive to buy decent ones at places like Walmart or Costco."
