Never stayed in a place where the room was that disgusting. Left the room within a couple hours. Room card machine was not operational and had to walk to office to have someone unlock the door if you left your room. I would rate this property as a negative zero. This place should not be advertised as a place to stay. "

"I have never paid the amount of money I paid for an executive suite that does not have a coffee machine or a table, chair, or desk where I can put a laptop. I was told that their higher-end rooms may have coffee machines, but that they did a deal with Starbucks. Not only did I have to pay an exorbitant amount for coffee in the morning, but I had to walk the ridiculous length that it took me to go out of my room, go downstairs, get coffee, and go back. This is not only inconvenient but almost to the point of price gouging. When I asked for a late checkout because my flight got delayed until midnight, they told me that it would be an extra $50 charge. When I asked them if they could waive the charge, then they told me that there was no late checkout available. This casino just seems to nickel and dime you for everything. A bag of potato chips was $20, and a $4 bag of candy everywhere on the strip was $15. This is ridiculous. I understand it is a high-end hotel and a casino, but they have plenty of places to make their money without gouging you to death. "
