I stayed on the first floor and the tenant upstairs was loud that I found it disturbing and inconvenient. I asked assistance from security and they immediately responded, although it appears the tenant did not get the message of the security. Other than that, it was a pleasure staying at Tuscany.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and impeccably clean, with a convenient mini kitchen that made the experience feel like a home away from home. The entire property was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Shaun at the front desk was phenomenal and truly made me feel welcome. Everything was amazing, the only thing I can say is that I went to the Pub 365, the restaurant inside the hotel, I went all nights of my visit and the host was very rude and not friendly and had the same server 2 out of 3 nights and he was not checking on me and my girlfriend rarely and we caught him on his phone the majority time of our dining experience. I had to walk up to him to give him my card and the bill because I asked for it and he left and went immediately to his phone and I waited about 5 minutes then just ended up walking up to him. Other than this, the stay was great and Shaun deserves a raise.

The desk staff were professional, patient, and understanding. So were the staff in the cafe and the Gift Shop. The only thing i didnt like was the unhooked chain to the flushing handle in the bathroom. Had to reach into the tank and rehook it.
