"Everything is nice and just as expected. Only issue when booking through Expedia, the property personal will not have nothing to do with you. I asked for an upgraded balcony. Everyones hands were tide. No one could do nothing bc we booked through Expedia. Okay fine. No biggie. Well we needed a few extra towels. Went to the front desk. They could not give us towels bc we booked through Expedia. We had to call Expedia and have thrm call thr property for towels. It ended up being an hour and a half...
