Honestly the room was really clean and good for our needs. My only complaints are it was sort of uncomfortable for the elevator staff to always be there and parking isn’t included so you have to pay separate.

This has been the worst experience we’ve had so far. We were expecting to have a beautiful experience with new years but the service was just not what we expected. For example only one elevator was in service from the time we got there 12/31 until the day we checked out which was 01/02 and then the worst thing was my son getting stuck the on additional elevator they had which was located on the side. This just made everything even worst, my son was so scared and so were we. We definitely never ever return to this hotel.

We are very disappointed at our stay at OYÓ hotel. Only one elevator was working the whole time we stayed there from 12/31 to 01/02 my son got on the elevator that was on the side which was considered the the additional elevator and got stuck, this was very scary and frightening for us and will never return to this hotel. This made my experience for new years so bad and disappointing. Definitely will never return

Literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The tv didn’t work we reported it and it stayed like that for three days the phone in our room didn’t work. The sliding doors came off their hinges and almost murdered my husband. The room was dated old and dirty with literally nothing in it but two bottles of water if we wanted a fridge and coffee we would’ve had to pay $15 mor a night. Never again !

As soon as we showed up (early) to this hotel, we couldn’t check in early due to cleaning of rooms, which is understandable, however we asked for them to hold our luggage and we were told they couldn’t but they did have the option and just decided not to offer it. There’s not enough spaces to sit in the lobby, and most of the staff was rude or not willing to offer help. Another thing was that they only had 2 elevators working for the 17 floors which made checking out harder and when leaving the hotel at around 11 am. Cleaning wise, there was a rotten fruit in our room under the bed, and when left the room to be cleaned it wasn’t for 2 consecutive days. Overall experience was not great but could work if you’re planning to just stay the night and not be there on the rest of the day.

I am disappointed that Expedia has this property listed. It was like staying at a older/run down Motel 6, with a casino. My expectation is that the hotels Expedia represent are a strong 3 stars and above, I cannot recommend this property or Expedia after staying at the OYO … for many reasons and there isn’t enough space here. I was just very disappointed and new it would not be easy to change hotels once I arrived and checked in 😢

Our stay at OYO was longer than one would typically stay in Vegas. The property does not exactly set the world alight but it delivered a reasonably priced option for accommodation within arms reach of The Strip. There were a few notable concerns, - We stayed for seven nights, and during that time, our room was not serviced once. To be fair, we only really needed the towels to be replaced, which was easy enough to request. - Dated/degraded state of the room: OYO is an older property in Vegas, and it showed in the room, with dated fixtures (no fixed lights in the ceiling, the worst shower I have ever seen in a dwelling) and features in a state of disrepair, such as the sliding mirror, which was broken and didn't function and the carpet, I don't think this has been cleaned, ever.... - Elevators were an interesting situation - in total, there were three in service, and each one had an assistant sitting inside it to push the buttons; all the other elevators were "being improved". - Resorts Fee - acknowledge that this is a typical "fee" that the vast majority of hotels in Vegas charge; it would be appreciated if they included this in the total cost of the room rather than spring it on us as we check in - this was disappointing as it was unexpected which resulted in frustration and resentment. - Luggage storage - this apparently isn't a service the hotel provides. If we were to do this trip again, it is unlikely that we would consider OYO.
