"Great hotel. Door lock broke twice same day making for frustrating experience waiting for engineers to fix. Staff refused to add 1 hour later check out despite hotel half full and my diamond status. All dialed in to charge for everything extra. Poor value "

HOWEVER, this is NOT a particularly handicap friendly property; the room doors are quite heavy making it challenging to hold the door open while maneuvering a wheelchair. There is also a threshold at the base of the door that is difficult to cross over. There are few elevators making it difficult to get to the pool areas.
