"It is a nice rental property in a nice location overall. It has multiple buildings and units with b ACH direct access. There are several swimming pools, many people have fun playing in swimming poor. Also it is one of best sunsets from the main swimming poor and from the central lawn field. I am really enjoyed. The unit we stayed is large one bed room equipped with a full kitchen set, if someone like cook inside. There are many high ended restaurants and a shopping mall in a short during...

"The beach was in your backyard. I’ve seen multiple turtles. There’s a cute delicious deli on the property. Away from the busy areas but close enough for a short drive. Just a perfect getaway "

"The communication for our first night was awful. We were told we were going to get lock box info for our unit and nothing came thru thank his we found security on site that helped us gain access to our unit. We almost had to get a hotel as no one was answering messages sent thru contact info provided. The unit itself was nice other than there was some plumbing issues that would cause a high pitch sound coming from bathroom which we had to flush toilet in order for sound to go away. "

"The unit we stayed in had a beautiful view, the unit was decorated nicely but was a bit under equipped. The instructions for the washing machine said to use the brand supplied, but none was supplied. There were no serving bowls, no cheese grater, and only 2 pool towels. Only 1 TV and many stations but no current programs. We must be spoiled at the other condos we have stayed at. Not complaining just advising to be aware."

"Had a wonderful stay for our anniversary and we definitely will be back! The service was impeccable and everyone was SO friendly wherever we went in the hotel, even the housekeeping when passing in the halls. It's so rare these days, even in top hotels. Breakfast was a little overpriced for the ala carte menu, but the food in every restaurant was very good. Had the best massage of my life at the spa (Holly is AMAZING) and wished we had planned to spend more time there. Have stayed at other Ritz hotels that don't compare. Can't wait to go back!"
