"Positives: The property was beautiful, staff were always available if something was needed and were very helpful in coordinating airport pickup and dropoff. The pool was perfect for young kids as there was a shallow pool, as well as a deep area for adults. Bedrooms and living quarters were tastefully furnished, and made us feel at home during our stay. "Overall, the stay was wonderful. Our apartment (2 bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen was close to the beach (abt 50 mtrs). The area is very safe, walkable, nearby supermarket, plenty of restaurants. The apartment was neat, perhaps newly constructed. The window in one of the bathrooms had transparent glass and we covered it with towel. We reported to the property, hopefully they will fix it. There is an ATM closeby where I used my US bank card, but use it only in the extreme cases. Best is to carry enough...

"I stay with my son on 2/21/25, the lady at the front desk was very professional (couldn’t get her name unfortunately) she explain everything on the contract, she even came to show me the room, and told me what is around the area.
