"A great hotel in a very convenient location, close to fantastic shopping, as well as a myriad of dining options, not to mention the beach and casino. Our one bedroom suite was lovely, with a gorgeous view, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was easy as well. Only slight thing was the very high tech lifts, which we had no idea how to use, and took a bit of getting used to!! "

"The room is perfect, everything is perfect except the check in process. The queue to check in was very very long and we could only check in at 4:30pm instead of 3pm due to the queue and room wasn't available yet. BUT the hotel has the arrival room so you can wait while having free coffee. Service need to be improve on the check in. I travelled a lot but never seen that bad. "

"Excellent location for getting public transport, supermarket over the Rd, really handy having our own kitchen. There was a dishwasher, dryer and washing machine, little balcony. Functional but not fancy. Only unfortunate thing was some heavy smoking in the lobby of our floor. Did report to staff, but nothing was ever mentioned again. "

"We recently returned from a family holiday to Sydney and loved staying in the Darling Harbour area. This property had easy and ready access over the water and we loved the size of the unit (2 bedroom) for our family of five. The kitchen had all of the amenities we needed for some meals in and we loved having access to in suite laundry as well. Highly recommend. "
