"We stayed for a total of 5 nights extremely fine service! Best location! Close to underground close to anything you can think of and many cafes! Overrall give them 5 stars on everything!!! "

"The Location, a short walk from Kensington Gardens, and the staff were amazing. There’s a Tube Station and city bus stop directly across from the gate to the gardens. I was able to catch a bus to Victoria Station, to see Wicked, at the Apollo Victoria Theatre. I will definitely return to this hotel."

"Excellent 2 night stay at this hotel! Staff were really friendly and helpful, reception helped with our shower pressure problem, and Andy arrived so quickly to sort it out. The next day we came back to new taps and wonderful shower pressure! Thanks Andy! Room was clean, really big and comfortable. Good food and service in the restaurant, good secure parking. This hotel was really good value for the price."
