"Hotel was clean and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool and sauna/steam room facilities. Check in and out was straightforward. Grounds were lovely. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel but it is well situated and easy walking distance to the centre. Breakfast was disappointing as took over half an hour to come, was not very big (mushroom was only half a slice!) and toast had gone cold as was served when we sat down so had to ask some more. Staff were attentive and professional....

"The Queensberry stands out amongst other hotels because it is exquisite and beautiful. The staff go the extra mile for every single thing you ask of them. I was 4 hours early arriving in Bath and was able to leave my luggage at the hotel whilst I did some shopping, then was delighted to be able to check in an hour earlier upon my return. This trip was my second time to the Queensberry and it definitely won’t be my last! You won’t be disappointed! "

"On arrival we were pleasantly surprised to be told that we had been upgraded to a Suite. We were then shown around the hotel (nice touch). The suite was big and amazing. The breakfast was first class, all served by smiling, friendly staff. We also used the Spa and would recommend it. The hotel is an easy 8 min drive into Bath central. Lovely gardens at the hotel to walk around. Plenty of free parking in the grounds as well. We would definitely stay again 👍"

"It was exactly what I expected for the price I paid for. The Lodge keeps it style it's not aodern building but it's well conserved and renovated. We had a great couple of nights. We came from London to Bath for the first time and we loved it. Only 1 suggestion.. Coming back in the evening I was a bit worried walking with my dáughter towards the Lodge Front door. It's really dark. Make it brighter would definitely make it all better. Thank you ! "

"We had an overnight stay in room 8, the room was a good size and lovely big bed, sadly the sash windows couldn’t be opened, the room was very hot which led to an uncomfortable nights sleep. We had breakfast in the morning before leaving earlier than we would have liked too, but with the sun beaming into the room and it already being so hot we chose to leave as was too hot to be comfortable. if the establishment address the issue with the windows, apart from requiring a fridge to keep milk cold...

"Great stay at the Bristol Hotel. Made to feel welcome by the receptionist Marian who was also very helpful. The room was cozy with a lovely view of the river. Comfy double bed but we did find it a little small. The room was quiet and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel is in a great location for restaurant's and exploring the city.
