"We were unable to contact to let them know our time of arrival as nobody answered the phone. When we arrived nobody from the hotel was there so we called the number on the door which was answered. After a short while somebody turned up to let us in ,but there was some confusion over the booking as the diary was not available, however we were shown up to our room via an outside metal staircase. Possibly staff shortage but our first morning was spoilt by being ignored for half an hour when we had to ask for even a cup of tea-we actually thought we must be invisible.
